Enjoy this delightful dish in place of mashed white potatoes.

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower. trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces.                      

1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon white miso paste

2 teaspoons roasted garlic

 

Directions:

Steam cauliflower until soft, about 10 minutes

Transfer cauliflower to a bowl or a food processor

Add the nutritional yeast, miso paste, and roasted garlic

Mash or puree until smooth

Serve hot
