Unlike most green smoothies, this tastes like a milk shake!  You would never guess something that tastes like a Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie could be packed with protein and macronutrients.

1 serving vanilla protein powder

1 to 2 tablespoons MCT oil 

1 to 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Fresh mint leaves

2 cups unsweetened nut milk

Cacao nibs, for garnish

Place all ingredients except the cacao nibs in a high speed blender and blend to the desired consistency.  Top with cacao nibs.
